"I wanted soap that felt like the thing you reach for — not the thing you endure. Something that actually softens your skin, smells like a garden, and makes the shower feel like a pause."
Small batch, always
No bar is ever more than 48 hours from being hand-poured. Volume is capped on purpose — I'd rather sell out than scale.
Ingredient-first
Organic oils from certified farms. Botanicals infused at low temperature to keep them alive. Nothing on the back of the bar that I couldn't read aloud.
Packaging that composts
Kraft paper, soy ink, plant-based tape. No plastic sleeves, ever. The box is part of the gift.
Six years, one bar at a time.
The kitchen counter
Liz makes her first batch — 12 bars of olive + rosemary — for family Christmas gifts.
The first Etsy listing
Word spreads. The shop sells out four times in a row. Liz quits her day job.
Move to a dedicated studio
A small workshop in Miami with proper curing racks and a north-facing window.
Wholesale partners
First stockists in FL, GA, and SC — all independent shops, no big-box.
The new home, online
A storefront that finally looks like the bars themselves.
